Cancellation Policy
Please note the following appointment policy:
• Cancellations and reschedules must be requested by 7:00 PM the day before your appointment (required for all permanent brow services).
• No-shows and last minute cancellations will be charged the full service fee prior to rebooking.
• Clients who repeatedly disregard this policy may be unable to book future appointments.
